PAPAVER

Horse Soldier bourbon infused in-house, layered with Sibona and Ramazzotti amaro, Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters. Smoked with anise for a warming finish and garnished with a ribbon of red licorice.

LIMON

Procera gin and grappa shaken with fresh lemon and house-made lemon rosemary syrup, finished with Gran Classico for depth. Garnished with a fragrant rosemary sprig and a playful gin-fizz gummy bear.


PUNICA

The Punica is an elegant fusion of Avión 44 Tequila, Cherry Heering, fresh lime juice, and house-made pomegranate rosemary syrup, expertly crafted to balance bold, fruity, and herbal notes. Crowned with a velvety pomegranate foam, this cocktail is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

AURANTIUM

Belvedere 10 vodka combined with Amaro Montenegro, fresh lemon, orange thyme syrup, and Giffard liqueur. Finished with a candied orange wheel and a thyme sprig.

An unparalleled experience in indulgence and generosity. Presented in a Waterford crystal punch bowl upon its own golden tea cart, this cocktail serves six and features the delicate kiss of orange blossom, fine spirits, and an inverted bottle of Dom Pérignon that cascades into the blend as you sip.

Everything above the cost of this creation is donated to the charity of your choice — a toast that lingers far beyond the glass.

BEE BALM

Expertly crafted with Tito’s Vodka and Pimm’s, this vibrant cocktail is elevated by a rich cranberry-orange syrup, bringing a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Freshly squeezed lemon juice adds a bright citrusy kick, while a delicate sprinkle of Peychaud’s bitters enhances the depth of flavor, creating a refreshing and well-rounded sip.

THEA

Mi Campo tequila and aged rum combined with carrot juice, orange juice, black tea, Aperol, and lime, clarified into a silky milk punch. Garnished with a carrot cake cube. 

CITRUS PARADISI

 Mi Campo tequila and Cazadores Reposado blended with fresh grapefruit and lime, accented with Fernet Menta and Campari. Finished with a fresh rim of warm herbs and spices. 

ZINGIBER

 Rosaluna mezcal paired with Nardini Amaro and Fernet Branca for a deep, smoky profile. Garnished with a sugared maple leaf. 

CARDOMOMUM

 Beefeater gin infused with cardamom, shaken with Kina L’Aéro d’Or, Select aperitivo, lime, and simple syrup. Garnished tableside with an aromatic bubble for a dramatic release. 

DOLOR

Flor de Caña silver rum mixed with Carpano dry vermouth, Aperol, fresh lime, and a coconut caramel reduction. Finished with a coconut-laced caramel garnish. 

VINUM

Spiced red wine and Traveler whiskey shaken with lemon and simple syrup, topped with sparkling wine. Garnished with a fresh lime wheel. 

CONDIMENTUM

 Old Overholt rye shaken with Disaronno, spiced dram, banana, lemon, and egg white for a silky texture. Garnished with a candied walnut. 

IGNIS

 Sazerac blended with red and dry vermouth, Luxardo liqueur, and Angostura bitters. Garnished tableside with an absinthe-soaked sugar cube sprayed with mint oil and ignited for a dramatic finish. 

BERLANDIERA

The OG is back. Fig-infused Bulleit bourbon flows into the deep herbal complexity of Amaro Lucano, lifted by a burst of orange and Angostura bitters. This cocktail is rich yet refreshing—like strolling through a sun-drenched orchard at golden hour, with every sip unfolding into something smooth, bold, and unexpected.

An enchanting fusion of pomegranate, rosemary, rose hip tea, and a splash of lemon elixir.

 

Sucus
Fresh grapefruit and lime balanced with chilled mint tea. Garnished with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel for a bright, clean finish.


Calamellus
Creamy coconut blended with caramel, chai tea, and fresh lime. Finished with chocolate perles for a rich, dessert-style touch.

MONTHLY MUSE

Two handcrafted libations, inspired by the season and designed to surprise. Available this month only. 

 

THE BOTANIST’S KISS
Tequila shaken with fresh lime, softly infused sage, and maraschino cherry syrup. Silky and balanced, with a subtle herbal whisper that gives way to a lush cherry finish.

Black tea shaken with sage, fresh lime, and maraschino cherry syrup. Cooling, lightly tannic, and gently sweet, offering the same layered depth without the spirits.
