MALUS

Procera Gin and Bitter Bianco entwined with pistachio’s soft richness and the crisp sparkle of green apple. Brightened with lemon and crowned by a buttery apple shortbread cookie, it’s autumn indulgence in a glass.


PUNICA

The Punica is an elegant fusion of Avión 44 Tequila, Cherry Heering, fresh lime juice, and house-made pomegranate rosemary syrup, expertly crafted to balance bold, fruity, and herbal notes. Crowned with a velvety pomegranate foam, this cocktail is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

PRUNUS

Belvedere 10 glimmers against apricot, yellow Chartreuse, and a breath of mint. Silken citrus and a jewel of candied ginger bring the cocktail to a luminous close.

An unparalleled experience in indulgence and generosity. Presented in a Waterford crystal punch bowl upon its own golden tea cart, this cocktail serves six and features the delicate kiss of orange blossom, fine spirits, and an inverted bottle of Dom Pérignon that cascades into the blend as you sip.

Everything above the cost of this creation is donated to the charity of your choice — a toast that lingers far beyond the glass.

BEE BALM

Expertly crafted with Tito’s Vodka and Pimm’s, this vibrant cocktail is elevated by a rich cranberry-orange syrup, bringing a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Freshly squeezed lemon juice adds a bright citrusy kick, while a delicate sprinkle of Peychaud’s bitters enhances the depth of flavor, creating a refreshing and well-rounded sip.

UVA

A sparkling union of vodka, Bubble Bar Rum, port, and Concord grape, brightened with lemon. Finished with frozen bubbly-soaked grapes, this pour is celebratory and indulgent.  



PASTINACA

 Parsnip-infused gin with maple and lemon, creating an earthy yet luminous sour. Garnished with roasted parsnip chips for a crisp and unexpected finish. 

SALVIA

  Rosemary-infused mezcal blended with alpine liqueurs, citrus, and bitters. A final flourish of smoked rosemary drifts through the glass, adding mystery to every sip. 

GUAJAVA

 Tequila and Aperol carried by juicy guava and lime, lifted with Blue Comet IPA. Its rim of spice, citrus, and pepper gives each sip a vibrant and fiery edge. 

PIRAM

 Bubble Bar Rum with allspice dram and Campari, balanced by pear, ginger, and lime. A glowing cocktail where spiced warmth meets crisp fruit. 

CUCURBITA

 Bubble Bar Rum, Irish cream, and Licor 43 layered with house-made pumpkin syrup. Creamy, golden, and dusted with shimmering cinnamon — autumn’s essence captured. 

CANNAE

Passion fruit liqueur entwined with Nardini Amaro and Bubble Bar Rum, finished with delicate chocolate pearls. A vibrant yet decadent sip that lingers with allure.

ARUCHIS

Bourbon, peanut, grape jelly, and black tea transformed into a silky milk punch. Topped with a miniature PB&J, this cocktail balances playfulness with indulgence. 

BERLANDIERA

The OG is back. Fig-infused Bulleit bourbon flows into the deep herbal complexity of Amaro Lucano, lifted by a burst of orange and Angostura bitters. This cocktail is rich yet refreshing—like strolling through a sun-drenched orchard at golden hour, with every sip unfolding into something smooth, bold, and unexpected.

CARYA

Rye whiskey softened with Benedictine, rosso vermouth, and pecan syrup, shaken to a silken froth with lemon. Aromatic star anise adds a final whisper of intrigue.

An enchanting fusion of pomegranate, rosemary, rose hip tea, and a splash of lemon elixir.


CINNAMOMUM

Concord grape entwinwd with a spiced tea and lemon, lifted by sparkling water. A refreshing yet warming nod to the season.


ACER

Ginger beer, maple, and lime, come together in a crisp, glowing mocktail witha touch of autumn spice.

MONTHLY MUSE

Two handcrafted libations, inspired by the season and designed to surprise. Available this month only. 

 

Rubus

Rosaluna Mezcal and Mi Campo Tequila are layered with fresh blackberry puree, Braulio Amaro, and a hint of lime, crowned with a delicate blackberry-pine foam and accented by candied eyeballs for a darkly enchanting finish.


Dulcia

Skittles-infused vodka and rich bourbon blend with crème de violette and bright lemon, garnished with a whimsical gummy worm for a playful yet sophisticated sip.
